Age Gap

Wanted to talk about my kids and how they have a huge gap difference between them. What’s crazy is how great they get along with each other even though they have about a 8 yr difference between them.  

I never meant to wait this long to have another child but things happen. At first I was afraid that they weren’t going to get along especially becauseI have a boy and a girl. Its rare that siblings that are boy and girl get along especially with that much time between. The crazy thing is that they both love to play with each other even if my son tells me that he doesn’t he is lying.

Sometimes they fight and get annoyed with each other but at the end of the day they love each other and can’t live without each other. My son protects his sister and I love that. When I saw them getting along I was a bit surprised because I have seen people that are siblings and don’t get along with each other but I’m a proud Mom that they do.

They enjoy reading playing (Xbox is one of their favorites) lol, watch tv together and even cuddle and play with my sons toys. My son is such a big help that I can go to the kitchen cook dinner for them and him watch over his sister with no problem. Love them very much and I’m a happy Mama for being blessed with these two.
